Macbook Pro A1278 3 Beeps (Please Help)

Hello, Newbie here I am new on macbook repair.I am a youtube follower sir Louis Rossman channel.

I have macbook pro A1278 it was a keyboard problem and I already fix it but after 1 week my client is back and complaining the macbook is not turning on and I notice I heared 3 beeps when we put charger or pressing the power button. I tried to clean the ram and try another ram from other macbook same model but the same issue. Any help will appreciated.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

This is classic issue on these boards.
Probably broken solders near the edge of the RAM slots.
You sould try one RAM module, each slot at a time.
If one slot is good, maximize its RAM.

DDR3 test card can show you the broken lines to folow their contacts.
If not available, try to resolder the pins close to the slots edge...

I tried to remove the upper ram the macbook is powering on but I have another issue.

I need to replug the battery every time I want to power on the macbook even I will remove the keyboard it has the same issue.

I tried power supply to power on the macbook it appear 0.8A but still no fan spin and no boot.

If I will reconnect the battery It will boot to normal mode. The keyboard I used before is from macbook A1278 2008 model and this macbook is 2010.

Is it possible the cause of this issue is because of the keyboard?

Do you mean the machine only starts when you connect the charger?
Use R5015/16 pads instead of power button; see if turns on/off this way.

Do NOT quote an entire post visible few centimeters above.

Thanks a lot sir, macbook is successfully fixed. I just replace a keyboard from a1278 2010 the same model and the macbook is working perfectly now.
