Macbook Pro A1708 820-00840 Dead

Hello,
This device came in for a flexgate repair but also had a reboot issue with a kernel popping up.
Ran Apple Diagnostics and got an error NDC001 - Camera Error.
Very difficult to check with opening the screen only 10-15 degrees.

Open the panel to check the board for corossion . it was clean.

But the machine wont boot now.
Only fan spin and trackpad click.

20V on Amp MEeter

PPBUS is at 13V

Camera flexgate problem has been reported for this model too.

Did you check USB activity and externa video?
What is CPU core votage, after 10-15s?
