hello guys

I have got an 820-01041 with backlight issues. I have replaced the screen cable, and the screen display connector but I still do not have a backlight even though the screen is fully functional, from what I understand, there's no load on the voltage output line, hence the reason for the 55V, I have checked the across the backlight output line to and from the connector and I do not have a break in line or anything to suggest the screen is not producing load unto the line, please help, my head is full.

You should check continuity from K/D8410 to backlight connector on the T-CON board.
If good, then save data and try DFU restore.
You can try DFU revive first; it will not erase SSD.
