Hi guys,
We have a MacBook Pro A2141 model laptop with stuck on loading bar. Customer do not say it is water damaged. The laptop turns on without chime. Fans spins fine, uses 20v and over 1amps. It holds battery and charges. We see apple logo and stays on loading bar then. When you turn off and on computer, it shows black screen with text saying computer detected a problems press any key to continue startup or just wait. On USB C meters we see amps shows 1.22 amps and then goes up to 2.5 and then comes back to 1.2 again. It fluctuates. Can you tell us what might be the issue and how to continue the diagnoses?
