Macbook Pro A2338 LCD replacement

Hi,
I have been asked to replace a broken LCD on this Macbook. I did several screen replacement on older Macbooks, but never on one from 2020.
My question: on these models, are the screens "paired", and there is a need to update a software after the replacement, or is it enough to unscrew and unplug/plug, as in former Macbooks?
Will a screen from Aliexpress do the trick?

You can use A2337 full screen.
I don't trust Aliexpress in this case.
Unless you know someone who already bought and can confirm working screen.
