Macbook Pro meados 2010 - 820-2879-B no power

Logic board does not start, initially the C6990 shorted to ground, and R6905 open. After the exchange, I have a normal green and orange light, charge the battery ok. but not power. Checked tensions.

PP3V42_G3H_REG = 3.42v
PPVIN_S3_5VS3 = 12.8v
SMC_ONOFF_L = 3.42v
PP3V3_S5_ROM = 0v

So missing 3V3_S5.
Check first diode mode at L7220 and all other big coils.
Post basic voltages for U7200; pins 16, 3, 13, 8, 17, 6.
