MacBook Pro Retina Mid 2015 820-00143 GPU issues?

Sometimes the MacBook starts up and works fine, some other times it boot loops and shows lines on the screen, board looks clean, could this be a bad GPU?

If it was a bad GPU any good sources for getting good NEW chips?

Any reference for the lines on the screen? Could be screen or GPU depending on symptoms

If same issue on external monitor, then GPU, or vRAM...

Well right now the MacBook is not starting up any more, it turns on but after about 10-30 seconds after the chime it restarts and repeats.
