MacbookPro A2251 820-01949-07 No Internal and External display

Got an 2020 macbook with no display. checked with external display but no luck.
there is a usb activity, i can see led light in a usb mouse. No Caps lock light.

CPU getting warm and stucked at 200mAmp. Some time goes to 950mAmp when startup but return back and stayes at 200mAMP

VCCST_PWRGD- 1V

PPVCCIN_AUX_PCH_PRIM- 1.8 V

No idea where i can start for. looks like it is not booting properly.

Steady light on mouse is not a sign for USB activity.
You should know that; was already explained on the forum.
