Corrosion around U7600

pin 12 line broken. Fixed.

TP(1)LPCPLUS_RESET_L broken by corrosion. - fixed by running a jumper from R2081 to pin 19 J6100 but something tells me that was not neccessary.


PPBUS_G3H - 8.6V

PP3V42_G3H - 3.40V

PP3V3_S5 - 3.3V


U7600

pin 2 - 0.3

pin 8 - 0.12

pin 12 - 5V

pin 17 - 1.7V

pin 16 - 2.6V



Please advice how to proceed.

Post L7630 diode mode to ground.
Do you get voltage on other big coils?

Wouldn't be surprised if U7600 damaged the CPU.

L7630 - 0.3V
L7430 - 1.2v
L7130 - 7.25v
L7560 - 3.3v
L7520 - 5v
L3095 - 0v
L7701 - 0v
L7310 - 0v
L7320 - 0v

Disconnect battery when you work with the board on the desk.
Post exact voltage with original charger only.

L7630 diode reading looks good.
Check all traces and resistors around.
Be sure R/C7630 are good.
If nothing strange, change U7600.
