I replaced with a backlight chip from a A1398 820-3787 donor board but still no backlight.

BKLT_EN_R = 3.32v

What now?

Check all resistors and traces around U7700.
Post voltage for pins 5, 18, 11, 15, 16.
You may try changing Q7701.
Be sure D7710 is not shorted A-K.

Remember, check voltages with LCD connected.

F7700 does not have continuity can I replace it with a fuse from a A1278 donor board?

The funny thing is if its a backlight issue as we checked and saw it with the brand new screen that I bought

WHY with the original screen it doesnt give image and I am not able to check with a flash light as it happens with the BRAND NEW screen?

Really weird!

You can replace the fuse with 3A fuse, or just a tiny wire (0.1mm).
Be sure first no short, or wrong resistance to ground on any pin of D7710.

Maybe original screen has image problem; or not easy to detect with flashlight.

Replace fuse and with original screen nothing happened.

With the brand new screen that you were think was not working

ITS 100% FINE

Weird situation to have backlight and screen damaged, right?
