Metallic tool hit to powered-on logic board

My mid 2012 Macbook Pro 13" A1278 recently crashed when using a public hotspot. I was poking around the logic board and nicked the soldering for the battery connector with a metallic tool. There is only a faint green led on the power cord when plugged-in. The laptop doesn't power-on either.

Don't forget the battery indicator is also on this line and is a suspect. But yeah SMC(U4900) and U7000 are the first ones to address, start with just U7000 and see if you get lucky.
