Mid-2010 Macbook (NOT PRO), EMC2395, 820-2877-B, No Light, No Power

I'm working through my first real "logic board repair" and it happens to be on this old, mid-2010 MacBook (2.4GHz) model. I've looked through the YouTube channel and searched the forums, but I'm stuck on what and where to test - and in which order. I've removed the system board and have attached my known good AC adapter to it. I'm showing 16V on the first two pins, and nothing on the last three. Not sure where to go from here :( Any and all assistance would be helpful. I'm not sure how to access the "guides" to figure out what pins and whatnot go where - so hoping you can help! Thanks in advance!

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Do you have schematic/boardview?
Should be free somewhere on Internet, is very old stuff.

We need to know voltage and diode mode to ground at L6995 and L7030.

L6995 diode mode: ~1015 both sides
L7030 diode mode: shows "1" on both sides *(assuming I got the correct component)

L6994 voltage: 0
L7030 voltage: 0

So I'm guessing I have a failed L6995 or L7030?

I do not think that.

Remember to check always diode mode with red probe at ground.

Do you get voltage at F6905 at least?
Check if fuse is good.

Post U6990 voltages; use surrounding components as test points.
