New iMac - A2438 / Black Screen / Don't turn on

I have new iMac A2438. The iMac don't turn on. Just black screen. What can we do? Please advice

What voltages can you find on the MLB?
Try to discard PSU problem first.

Customer says iMac shut down, won’t come back on. That is what happened.

We cannot use USB C meter to see what is happening with voltage and amps. Any advise on this?

Plus should we remove mainboard from iMAC. We have never done any work with it that is why I am asking this question.

Is there any separate PSU unit inside of this iMac? Thank you.

Of course, any iMac, Mac Mini and Mac Studio has internal PSU.
I recommend to check first if enters in DFU mode.

Just in case, ask the client to check with Apple if machine is still in warranty.

How can we enter the DFU mode in this iMac?
By the way, we opened the iMac and checked the Logic Board
There is no visible damage on Logic Board but Logic Board doesn't heat
