I decided to try failing at some bga rework and managed to meet my goal many times since yesterday. sorry about the terrible photos. What do make of this and am I anywhere near a ballpark of any sort?

Sorry, i'm not sure if Im following you here or not. My balls did end up hershey kissing in areas which I tried to flow out but the most of the balls have a "cracked" texture. Are you saying use fux on it after they drop off the stencil?
