Question about MacBook displays.

Hello. I got several displays to work, but I don’t understand how to distinguish the A1932 2018 display from the 1932 2019 or 2179? also A1707 from a1990? Please tell me how to tell the difference? Perhaps there is some kind of list, please share. Logiwiki has a small list for older models up to 2016. I would also like to know what the abbreviations on display boards like HG9M mean

I can’t determine whether the display is for a MacBook 1707 or 1990 or for anything else, it’s not on the lists

Yes, there is a backlight, but there is no picture on the A1708.
