Random Trackpad on MacBook

this is always one of three things
1) liquid on the trackpad.
2) customer palm touching the trackpad.
3) customer has bluetooth mouse in their backpack moving around, that is paired to the computer so it ONLY fucks up when they are in the store.
my guess is 1. This is never a board level issue.
