Repair via to other side of board?

Does anyone have any tricks for accessing and soldering to a via where the pad is gone and you're only left with the microscopic dot of a line going to the other side of the board? Running a wire to the other is not an option for this repair because of the positioning of the damage.

If is true hole, you can use CNC bits (0.1-0.2mm) to clean the hole and pass the wire.
If not, you must find another point in the same line, and run wire.
Use UV curing resin for protection in such case.

Thanks, it's not a hole so I'll have to figure out some way to run wire. The problem, as always, is how delicate the connection points are. Any movement of the wire on a 201 resistor will pull it off.
