board delays to turn on, once fan spins it will spin for about 5 seconds then stop and spin a second time and stay on.
no image on display, no chime, no image when connected to external, cpu gets hot and when connecting a usb mouse it has power i thought it was bios but nothing changed after replacing.
only clue i had to go on was jtag connector was badly damaged and corroded along with some test points next to it. removed it and tested some of the resistors that connect to bios everything gave proper readings and no traces have been blown.
any ideas?
