[SOLVED]820-00165 - no green light

have a 820-00165 that had liquid damage on u7090 area,

I replaced everything visually damaged,

L7095
C7094
C7095
U7090
R7080
C7092

checked for continuity and it seems fine,

PPBUS_G3H is present,
PP3V42_G3H is present,

but still no green light, please help! thanks!

Using known good MagSafe board and flat cable? Exact voltage on PPBUS? Inspected J9500?

PPBUS_G3H - 8.18V

J9500 No damage there at all,

and the Magsafe and Flat cable are known good, also tested from other macs to make sure, and no luck

8.18 volts on PPBUS means the SMC is not running. Voltage on SMC_RESET_L? If 3.4, either the ISL or SMC is likely bad.

SMC was the problem, but I just reflowed it and it worked, did not reball,
