[SOLVED]820-2796 no pm_slp_s4_l

this is my personal 11inch macbook air
came in for data recovery only macbook was donated

green light no fan spin
all s5 rails present
no s3 rails present traced back to no pm_slp_s4_l
this comes from the cpu, pp3v3_g3_rtc present
jtag removed no evident corrosion on board

These need the power button pads shorted to power on.
