[SOLVED]820-2850 crashes when running graphics test

I read up a bit on this issue and found that the issue is usually from a failure at C9560. I checked voltage there and get 1.57, should be 1.8v correct? I have replaced the IC with a larger 330 one, but I still get the same 1.57v. Could it be pulled down by a short in the GPU?

Look at schematic and see that it can switch between 1.5 and 1.8V. If it still crashes after replacing C9560 then in the trash it should go.
