Yup, this is going to suck. Probably corrosion under SMC or PCH. Flux and some heat, not a full reflow, just let it bubble for a bit to try and clear the crap.
Thanks Duke...Should i Flux and heat the PCH Also?...So Weird considering there was NO liquid damage Anywhere near the SMC...Not even a discolored trace it Test Point anywhere in the area...I will give it a shot though as I trust in Your expertise...I'll let you know how it goes...How much heat in Farenhite and for how long do you Suggest I heat it for?...Thanks Again Guys
There is no expertise in this one. Problems like this are just guess work. There are no temps I can give. You should have a "feel" for how hot you make the board. Just let the flux bubble for a bit.
Then I put a pretty Good Amount of Amtech Flux all around the SMC and heated it up Pretty Good at about 350 Degrees then a Little Bit at 400 Degrees it was Bubbling pretty Good but not Hot enough to melt the Solder and...Now it Works PERFECTLY!!!...Thank You Duke and Everyone for Your Help...ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FORUM and Louis Rossman's You tube Channel as well... Thanks Again
