[SOLVED]820-2879 green light OK, fan spins at high speed, no chime

Hello,

I managed to repair the onewire circuit on this board myself Now, when I plug in the charger I get a green light after about 5 seconds and the fan immediately starts spinning and goes full speed after some more seconds. No chime. I short the pads next to the keyboard connector and the board shuts off. If I then short the pads again, it does not boot...

Any suggestions?

Vcore present on L7100? Resistance to GND on 3V42 bus?

No L7100. On L7400 it shows 0.991. Resistance to GND on 3V42 bus is .093
