I think check SYS_ONEWIRE.

Someone who knows more will chime in soon but that may be a place to start.

Yes magesafe is working and keyboard not connected.
I motherboard cleaned isl center Corresion.And i check sys onewire vltge stabile

Did you try a known good magsafe board? Just measuring voltages here is not enough, either test it on a known good board or get another magsafe board.
