[SOLVED]820-2936 board battery not charging

this is new board, 820-2936, without battery it run perfect green light ,

it also run with battery , but does not charge the battery , also i if i try charging battery green light goes off and on , its show the battery parentage on the screen , but does not charge ..

original isl pin 17 was burnt , i put jumper from pin1 c7050 to isl pin 17,

3.3 ohm and 20 ohm , ppbus is 16.5v!!!!!

Shorted FETs or dead ISL. Replace both and check traces from ISL to FETs.
