[SOLVED]820-2936 Green light, no fan.

Hello there fellow repair technicians,

I am seeking an advice on how to proceed with this board.

1. PPBUS_G3HOT -12.5V
2. PP3V3 on L7260 - fluctuating low voltage 0.1-0.3V
3. PP5V_S3 on L7220 Fluctuating 0.7-3V
4. 5V3V3_reg_EN - fluctuating 0.5V-3V

U7200 looks nice and clean. No water damage on the board or other components.

Seems like something is shorted. 5V_S3 is coming on so power sequence is starting. Check all rails for shorts and check P5V3V3_PGOOD for pulsing too. Any other rails pulsing?

Fixed!
Was a short on PP5V_3S rail.
Measured a short on pin 2 of L7260.
Injected 5v on pin 2 and C6213 started to heat up.
Replaced C6213 and everything is working like a charm again.
Easy peazy lemon squeezy.
