[SOLVED]820 2936 logic board - charging slow

Hi,

I have a 820 2936 mb that charges very slowly.
Already changed Q7055 with a known good one but no change, same thing with U 7000.
U7000 area look good no water damage.
Any idea where to look next?
Battery at 95 % and the estimated time of full charge is 35minutes.

Diode mode measurement on the gate of Q7055? I hope you tried a known good battery and are using a known good 60W charger.

Bad battery seems like, the one in the macbook has 794 cycles, tried with a 2 cycles one and it shows 1h10 min to charge from 47%
