[SOLVED]820-2936 - No Wifi, has Bluetooth

C3420 looked bad and I replaced L3404 while I was there.
Q3450 measures okay.

I'm sort of just poking around hoping to stumble onto something as everything looks good.

Can anyone give any suggestions?
