[SOLVED]820-3023-A BIOS required

Searching this group hasn't shown any hits for one; hoping someone can provide a bios dump for me to test on a board here that fanspins, cpu gets warm, but no chime/dong or display.

Hello Paul, try this one, it does not have a clean ME region, but it should at lesat chime and show video..

If it work i can help you to set a clean ME region and the correct serial number...

Thanks for the file - though I wasn't able to get it. My system really REALLY didn't like that 4shared site. Can you upload it here as a ZIP perhaps or a googledrive? If not, no problem.
