[SOLVED]820 3023 - Don't turn ON

Hey,

this board came with a little liquid around u3810, r1900, c1761. i already clean the areas!

When i plug the charger the board don't start and u1800 warm's up like if the board turning on, and with my lips i feel a little warm's up on U7000 area!

PPCPUVCCIO_S0_REG AND PPDDR_S3_REG_R comes up when i plug the charger. ideas?? another CPU failure??

You are right Duke!!! i double check in the place where have the components are corroded and under the processor i have to fix a rail that went to capacitor!! and the machine work's!!! ty all
