[SOLVED] 820-3115 full boot on ac, charges and recognizes battery but will not run on battery

Greetings. I have an 820-3115 board works fully on adapter, sees and charges battery. With battery plugged in and fully charged, disconnecting AC kills machine. When starting only on battery, get a 3 second fan spin. Water damage by battery connector, replaced C6950 and C6950. Tried other batteries.

Thought it may be a current sensing issue but u7000 pins 27 and 28 measure 20.4 ohms.

Any thoughts on what to check next?

PPBUS on batt is 12.34.

There was liquid damage around U5010 - earlier I replaced R5014 because it was corroded and loose.

After running ASD, I get the following;

4sns/1/40000000:idor-8.247

Best I can find in my research is this is a power issue but can't find the exact code.
