sitting here whit another 820-3115

on P5VS3_LL i measure 0.010 in diode mode that is ground? (i think it should been around 0.138) have tray to remove u7200 C7290 C7291 C7293 and q7260 and still have the same can anybody pleas tell me next step?

Remove L7260. I bet the short is on pin 1 which means 5V bus is fucked. Inject voltage there and see what heats up.

Thank Duke for replay. Will tray to inject L7260 pin 1.do i need to replace u7200 first?

U7200 should have never been pulled. L7260 would have been the first item to pull. Does not matter for finding the short of course. NEVER power the board on without U7200 in place of course.

Thank you Duke. Reason that I removed u7200 was because i have pulsing volt on pin 10(I think it was) The short was on L7260. I found a faulty U4200 replce it and replace U7200. Board is working.
