[SOLVED]820-3115 Trackpad

Customer came in for glitchy trackpad. I replaced the trackpad and it still is glitching. It moves all over the place. Any other ideas? No liquid damage.

Replaced the trackpad and cable? Same on battery and AC? Check the 18V supply to the trackpad, trackpad must be plugged in for that to work.

replaced trackpad and cable. same on battery and ac. 18.55v constant

okay nevermind. found a few loose pins on the fpc connector. re soldered it and working fine now.
