[SOLVED]820-3208 only runs on battery

got a 820-3208 runs on the battery but is pulsing on smc_adapter_en and ppbus_g3h with power supply only no battery connected. I have already tried swapping out the smc with the same results. system fan flickers as the voltage goes from 0-2-3v and cycles over. battery connected and it turns right on. 85W power supply.

Check sense resistors, resistance on pins 17/18 and 27/28........ Only charger of course..

Destroyed by Chinese garbage charger, make sure to never use it again.

Thanks for letting me know duke, this was sent in by a customer in Sweden so i will make sure to let him know. In fact everything on the board was fried, wifi and ssd and keyboard also. He did not send it in with the battery, do you think the battery could be bad as well now?
