[SOLVED]820-3209 dont charge or turn on

Hello, 820-3209 board is liquid free, no visual damages or burns.

when charger attached no green/orange light. when power button pressed, cooler starts spinning, and on screen shows empty battery.

PPBUS_G3H present. IO board and flex is good.

what other voltages should i check?

Did you try a known good IO board and flat cable? ACOK present?
