[SOLVED]820-3330 not charging/no orange light

Thinks look ok around the u7000 area. I'm measuring 15.67v on charger bgate line, Is that normal for this board? it's around 12.5 on a 3115 I have sitting here.

q7055 wasn't switching on, swapped from a donor and now I'm getting 11.6v out was getting 0v before. Light is still not turning orange.
Board had extensive water damage. Backlight fix u9701 and keyboard connector changeout.
Battery is a known good.

r5280 and r5281 are good and I have continuity from the ISL to the battery through the traces

First measure resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of U7000. Was there liquid around U7000? Also PPBUS voltage without battery connected?

27-28 is 20.55 ohm. 17-18 is 3.05 ohm. PPBUS is 15.7v

PPBUS is way too high. Q7030 probably shorted. Replace Q7030/35 and the ISL.

Great success! Thanks Duke, that solved it. This board was covered in corrosion and I was surprised that it booted in the first place.
