BTW, why did you bother measuring voltages on CPU and DDR suplies, when 5V_S3 is missing?

PPDCIN at 14.5V also suggests you are using a 45W charger. An 85W one will be 20V.

Yes i am, im currently using my personal charger which is from an a1466, I thought it would still boot but would crash under load?

Only use an 85W charger for testing. 15" machines will not power on from anything else.
