[SOLVED]820-3332 no image on both internal and external monitors

Hi,

I have another 820-3332 board in for repair. According to the customer, this one started slowly dying out on him about a year ago.
Every 15 minutes or so image disappears and sometimes the machine will restart and give a GPU panic error. Sometimes there is no image on boot at all. No image on external monitor.
L9000 and PPVCORE_GPU are 0V when no image.

Please advice how to proceed.

Holy macaroni it worked! Checked that bastard under microscope and it looked nice and shiny with no damage. Resoldered it and it works like a charm now. Tested with full ASD test and 2 hours on donut test (Furmark).

Unbelievable....
