[SOLVED]820-3437 Green/Orange fluctuating PP3V3_S0

Dead board, supposedly water damaged but the board looks totally clean, almost like new.
Got all main power rails, but PP3V3_S0 is jumping between 0.06 - 1,25.

It's like the board is trying to turn om but then decides not to...

Is power also pulsing on L7310? Check corrosion at U6100, diagnostic connector and pin 8 U1950.

Yes L7310 was also pulsing, but when inspecting U6100 I could see that the SPI_C50_L trace looked bad. The connection on this line was broken right at the measuring point.
Just barely managed to jump wire to the tiny residue of the measuring point. Fan started spinning after the line was fixed. So thank you for getting me on the right track.
