Liquid damaged board.
After pressing power button on the keyboard its starts even after 30 seconds.
Most times pwr btn need to be pressed many many times to start.
Once started works OK.
When I restart then it boots without any issues.

Testing with:
Board only + DC + new battery.

PP5V_S5 with connected charger and no battery is 5V
PP5V_S5 with connected charger and with battery is showing random voltage from 0V to 5V, then multimeter freeze with flashing "Shock Hazard" led

Any ideas?

Disconnect battery. When connecting a power supply it should auto power on. If not disconnect keyboard and try again. Make sure your power supply is 60 or 85W.

Yeah suckage. Corrosion somewhere, the usual suspects apply: U6100 area resistors traces, U1900, U1950, crap under SMC.
