[SOLVED]820-3476 PPBUS_G3H 0.5v

Board looks prestine and water indicators are all white.

PPBUS_G3H measuring 0.5V and 10ohms to gnd. Are there any common fail points on this board?

Removed F7140 and pin 2 measuring 0ohms and 0v diode mode to gnd pin 1 is 0L

It was C7584 found it accidentally by burning myself, Got another off a donor board and all is good, Thanks for the input
