[SOLVED]820-3787 - green light, no boot, no v core

I have a 820-3787, it had very minor liquid damage on C7135, C7136 and C7137 area,

board has green/orange light,

PPBUS_G3H is present
PP3V42_G3H is Present,
S5 Rails Present

No S4 Rails,

any ideas?

Check for water damage around PCH, voltage on R1100 to R1103 both pins...

Do you get at least a pulse on PM_SLP_S5_L?
Use power pads from board to see if that signal reacts. Check reaction on PM_PWRBTN_L too.

Are you using original 85W charger?
Post SMC_ADAPTER_EN and PM_BATLOW_L values.

Problem ended up being damage around PCH, some of the balls were burned, pain in the ass to replace, so i ended up taking off the filler around it and put alot of flux, and applied heat to try to reball the under part where obvious damage was seen, and it worked,
