To rule out the jack and protection diodes remove L6604 and 6608 and connect both pin 1 of them together. See if there is speaker audio now in OSX.

Okay I did that and still no speaker audio in OSX.

I hoping I can get this fixed soon. I took these measurements again and here is what I got.

PP3V3_S0_AUDIO_ANALOG - 3.25v
PP4V5_AUDIO_ANALOG - 4.5v
PP5V_S0_AUDIO_AMP_L - 5v
PP5V_S4_AUDIO_XW - 5v
L6200 - 5v on both sides

I don't know anymore. Replace all the DZ660x protection diode at the audio jack. Measure voltages on TIPDET_1 and 2 and compare to working board.

wow I wish I would have tried this much earlier but after replacing all the protection diodes this issue was fixed.
