[SOLVED]820-4924-A - Messed up ME region?

Hi Guys,

Board came in with a ton of corrosion around the bios. I replaced it from a donor board and I now get a POST and it attempts to boot up.

The issue is that the progress bar never reaches the end when booting the OS or an installer so I am guessing this is the ME region issue I have heard of.

What are my options to fix this?

Is it possible to do an EFI update from USB?

The original chip came off in two pieces. :'(
This board came to me from another shop, so I am not sure about it's history other than clear liquid damage and the EFI chip being dead.

Can I flash it from USB or do I need to remove the chip and write it using a programmer?

Fiiiiinally got around to this board again (it's abandoned so there was no rush)

Mark solved please, the fresh binary fixed the issue up.
