[SOLVED]820-4924 backlight

Got this with broken backlight. 12.3V on backlight. Replaced U7700 and Q7701 and I now have 52V on backlight output but still no backlight.
I have reset the PRAM but still no luck. I have also tested with a 2013 LCD but still the same.
Am I looking at a bad LCD screen here?

52V means open circuit to the LCD. Bad connector/cable/LCD. I bet someone fucked up pin 1 on the cable....

Ok, it was fucked but I have replaced the cable and connector on the logic board. Replaced with a 2013/2014 cable

No idea if they are the same. Measure if backlight pin has continuity at the LCD side.

Just an update, once again Duke you are right, it was the cable.
