[SOLVED]Display for an A1398 showing blemishes.

Quick question, as I have never heard of this before.

I replaced an display assembly on an A1398 and the display has light blue-ish blemishes on the picture under certain colours.

The supplier is telling me it's static build up in the display.

Anyone heard of this, am I being bull-dusted?

it's just a crappy screen. realize that most of the screens available for sale are factory rejects. depending on what you paid for it, that may be all that you can expect.
