Why are you looking at PPBUS when PP3V42 is not even there. Resistance to GND on PP3V42? Liquid damage?

There is no liquid damage.
The resistance to ground on PP3V42 is 14.50 kOhms
In diode mode have 345

Voltage on U7090 pin 6? Voltage on L7095? Check board for corrosion?

Voltage on L7095: 2,70v Both sides
The board don't have any corrosion. looks pretty well.

2.7V on L7095 is too low, check if feedback resistors are ok (R7095-R7096), other than that , U7090 is bad....

Thanks you aprendiz. i replace the U7090, and the R7095-R7096 and i get green and orange light. will test but i think this is done.
