[SOLVED]MacBook Air 820-2838 battery charging.

Hello, I need help to solve this.

Macbook works from charger, no charger light. also works from battery. but do not show any life when battery and charger both plugged in. Board looks like new.

Need to get green light first. The usual question: known good IO board and flat cable?
