Macbook Air 820-3208 11' Not turning by a/c

originally no power

i replaced G3H
Now
no green light on i/o board when no battery

when theres battery it turns on and charges battery. any idea?

tried new i/o cable and d/c in same thing.

Is PP3V42 present on AC?

its 1.6v on a/c. so q6910 or surrounding components?

First check if Q6910 lets voltage through. Dead D6912 is most likely, check if there is 6.8 R6911, if it is higher then D6912 is probably dead.
If Q6910 is letting power through check R6905 and D6905.
