Now it was water damage around U700 ,now turn on and working ok but only with 2 GB memory ,when I insert 4GB turn on but no chime and black screen (no beeps) I also notice that PPBUS_G3H is without battery 12.55V but when battery is inserted drop to 11.35V but still works

So a bad RAM slot probably. Just max. out the working one. PPBUS voltages are normal.

No I try few different ram tested in another macbook ,in this one wont take 4GB RAM works only with 2 GB ,i try resetting memory try both sloth A and B same

It needs to be PC8500!

Ok works with PC8500 (SOLVED)
